What does electronic delivery mean?
Electronic delivery means a product is sent digitally, and not as a product with physical shipping. First you download a trial or demo version of the software from its page on our site by simply clicking on the yellow "Download" button.
After purchasing you'll get an order confirmation letter to the email address you entered during the registration process and next a license key or activation code will be sent. Sometimes the download link is also included in the final email with the buyer instructions. So it's important that you provide us with a correct and functioning email address.
When will I receive my order?
After purchasing products online, Allsoft.ry will receive a purchase confirmation email. The expected delivery time depends on the vendor's delivery terms and counted from the day of your payment. For each program the maximum estimated delivery period is indicated.
As a rule, we are able to complete the order delivery a bit earlier. Besides, we will additionally notify you in case of shipping delay for some reasons.
Why should I add my shipping address for electronic delivery?
The fact is some developers need this information for creating a personal license key for the software activation. Please note, that a correct address shouldn't contain a P.O.Box.
Why didn't I receive the email with my serial number?
Dodgy spam filter settings may cause an email with a key to be filtered as spam. Please, check your email once more. It is also possible, that while placing an order the wrong email address was given.
