Allsoft.ru do not warrant that the quality of the Licensed Software sold on our site will meet your requirements. We do not test these products, is it the responsibility of the software developers. We will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss caused or resulting from your purchase. Under no circumstances the maximum compensatory amount may exceed the whole sum of your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices according to the vendor's price list updates.

Allsoft.ru uses only the safe methods of storage of the information received from the client. Allsoft.ru warrants that the information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of client support and provision of the ordered services. Using the Allsoft.ru web-site user accepts the following conditions:

1. The confidentiality terms relating to the information, which the client provides during operating with Allsoft.ru and which is basically can be correlated with the specific user (client).
2. Any personal data of the user is not a subject to disclosure to the third parties. Offered nondisclosure conditions are obligatory to Allsoft.ru. Nondisclosure conditions are limited to Allsoft.ru web site and do not concern the organizations linked on this site.
3. Аllsoft.ru receives a personal information from the client when the client is registered as the user of our site and when the client uses our e-commerce shop.
4. At registration and obtaining of login and password it is necessary for you to provide us with the personal information: a surname, a name, an e-mail address and other information which is necessary for execution of all our obligations. This required information is stored on our side and is not a subject to disclosure.
5. Allsoft.ru stores and processes the user's information with a high security level. We apply all possible measures of protection for the purpose of keeping safe received information.
6. Allsoft.ru does not sell and does not disclose personal information to the third parties. Allsoft.ru have the right to transfer a personal information about the user to the third parties only in the following cases:
   • user has expressed its desire to disclose this information;
   • if within disclosing of information the user would not be able to use product or service;
   • Russian or international legislation and-or authorities legally require such information disclosure.

All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved via mutual negotiations. The Claim Procedure is required. Any written claim shall be answered in 5 calendar days. In case of disputes were not settled via negotiations, or in case of absence of the answer to the written claim, dispute with the Customer (resident of the Russian Federation) will be solved by the court of a Moscow City according to the Civil and-or Arbitration legislation of the Russian Federation.

Dispute with the Customer, who is not the resident of the Russian Federation will be solved in the International Commercial arbitration at Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the Russian Federation of Moscow City according to the Civil and-or Arbitration legislation of the Russian Federation.

When discussing disputes Parties shall communicate through written notifications by mail, with the receipt confirmation.
