Electronic email delivery is available only with prepaid orders from individuals. Payment is produced as a 100 % advance payment of the ordered goods and delivery charges.

The cash payment is not possible outside the territory of Russian Federation.

After 30 days from the date you initiated your order an unclaimed payment is automatically canceled and the money is returned to your PayPal account. If during that period the selling price or the currency rate will be changed Allsoft.ru may ask to pay the difference. Please note that the product may also become out-of-sale and we will be forced to return your money back. If possible, do not delay your payment.

Terms of return of money funds for the sold goods and indemnification:

1. The Customer has the right to reject ordered Goods at any time before its acceptance, and also after acceptance of Goods – within seven days, except cases, described hereunder. Return of Goods with inadequate quality is possible in case if its market conditions, consumer properties, and also the documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchasing of this Goods are saved. Absence of the specified documents at the buyer does not deprive of its right to refer to other evidences of the goods purchase at the given seller. Return of Goods shall be done by the Buyer’s own forces and at its' own expense.
2. The Customer has no right to reject Goods with an adequate quality having individual properties and if such Goods are intended for usage by this Client only.
3. The Customer has a right to exchange Goods with an adequate appropriate quality in case such goods were not in use, and its market conditions, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are saved, and also the Buyer shall have a sales or cash voucher, or other document confirming payment of such goods.

Money refund will not be produced in following cases:

1. The client has no right to return Goods of appropriate quality specified in the List nonfood goods of appropriate quality, which are not subject to return or exchange, stated by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 1/19/1998 № 55.
2. The client has no right to return goods which were in use, damaged, etc. or which in other way break provisions of clause 1 paragraph 25 of the Law on protection of the customers' rights.
3. In case of delivery of a software by means of electronic delivery, return is available only if the license key wasn't activated.
4. In case of sell of a software by granting of the license (right) to use it, including when activation key is provided simultaneously by means of electronic delivery.
